1. Timeframe / സമയപരിധി  
You can return or exchange products within 7 days of delivery.  
ഡെലിവറി ലഭിച്ച തീയതി മുതൽ 7 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ റിട്ടേൺ ചെയ്യാനോ എക്സ്ചേഞ്ച് ചെയ്യാനോ സാധിക്കും.  

2. Condition / വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ  
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.  
For bags, trolley bags, backpacks, and fashion accessories: All zips, handles, wheels, and parts must be in original condition without any usage marks.  

ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കാത്തതും, കഴുകാത്തതും, കേടുപാടുകൾ ഇല്ലാത്തതും ആയിരിക്കണം. ഒറിജിനൽ ടാഗുകൾ, പാക്കിംഗ് നീക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കരുത്.  ബാഗുകൾ, ട്രോളി ബാഗുകൾ, ആക്സസറീസ്: സിപ്പ്, ഹാൻഡിൽ, വീൽ എല്ലാം ഉപയോഗിക്കാത്ത നിലയിലായിരിക്കണം.  

3. Proof of Purchase / ബിൽ ആവശ്യമാണ്  

Original invoice or e-bill must be shown for any return/exchange.  
റിട്ടേൺ/എക്സ്ചേഞ്ചിന് ഒറിജിനൽ ബിൽ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇ-ബിൽ നിർബന്ധമാണ്.  

4. Non-Returnable Items / തിരികെ എടുക്കാത്ത സാധനങ്ങൾ  

For hygiene & safety, we do not accept returns/exchanges for:  
Innerwear: briefs, panties, bras, camisoles, socks, vests, handkerchiefs  
Earrings and opened packs of hair accessories  

ശുചിത്വം കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ സാധനങ്ങൾ തിരികെ എടുക്കുന്നതല്ല.  

5. Manufacturing Defects / നിർമ്മാണ തകരാറുകൾ  
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced free of cost within 7 days. Please share unboxing video as proof.  

നിർമ്മാണ തകരാറുള്ള ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ 7 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ സൗജന്യമായി മാറ്റി നൽകുന്നതാണ്. തെളിവായി unboxing വീഡിയോ അയക്കണം.  

6. How It Works / പ്രക്രിയ എങ്ങനെ  
Exchange: You can exchange for a different size, color, or any other product online through http://mummyandme.online OR at our physical store mentioned on the website. If the new item costs less, balance will be given as store credit.  
Refund: If exchange is not possible, refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit valid for 3 months.

റീഫണ്ട്: എക്സ്ചേഞ്ച് സാധ്യമല്ലെങ്കിൽ, പണം നിങ്ങൾ പേ ചെയ്ത അതേ രീതിയിൽ തിരികെ നൽകും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ 3 മാസം വാലിഡിറ്റിയുള്ള സ്റ്റോർ ക്രെഡിറ്റ് ആയി നൽകും.  

7. Where to Return / എവിടെ റിട്ടേൺ ചെയ്യാം  

Exchanges and returns can be initiated online through our website OR at the physical store address mentioned on http://mummyandme.online. For online returns, courier charges will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective/damaged.

8. GST/Tax Changes / നികുതി മാറ്റങ്ങൾ  
If tax rates change after your purchase, refund will be processed as per the tax rate on your original invoice.  
നികുതി നിരക്കിൽ മാറ്റം വന്നാൽ, നിങ്ങളുടെ ഒറിജിനൽ ബില്ലിലെ നികുതി നിരക്ക് അനുസരിച്ചായിരിക്കും റീഫണ്ട്.
