Welcome to JPL MUMMY & ME - APPAREL & CLOTHING. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing, browsing, or using this website, and/or by placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here.

 

2. Eligibility

 

We currently do not impose age-based eligibility terms. However, by placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

 

3. Product Information & Availability

 

We strive for accuracy, but product descriptions, images, prices, and availability may change without prior notice. Colours and details may vary slightly due to photography lighting and individual screen settings. If there is an accidental error in a listing (including price or description), we reserve the right to correct it and cancel any affected orders (with a refund where applicable).

 

4. Pricing & Payment

 

All prices are listed in INR. Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available). Prices may change from time to time. Offers/discounts are time-bound and subject to specific terms. Taxes and shipping charges (if any) are added at checkout and shown before you complete payment.

 

5. Order Process & Acceptance

 

Order placement does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. If we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing error, address/serviceability issue, potential fraud), we will notify you by email within 24–48 hours and process a refund if payment has been captured. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

 

Shipping is currently available only within India. We may add more countries in the future. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier logistics, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Risk passes to you upon successful delivery to the address provided. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will replace the product based on availability or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible. We are not responsible for loss or damage after delivery is completed.

 

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 

Return window: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of order receipt, unless specified otherwise on the product page. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags, packaging, and invoice. Certain products may be non-returnable (e.g., intimate wear, final sale items). Please check the product page for return eligibility before purchase. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method after quality checks. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

 

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, videos, and code—is the intellectual property of mummyandme or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that courts having jurisdiction in Ernakulam, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website.
